She evidently thought that when her husband became president, he would be forced to be faithful-or at least appear as though he was.
Perhaps she thinks that if she becomes president, Bill will finally be a good husband. So, its not that she is a power-craving decepticon, she just wants the love of her husband. Yeah, right.
